Shelby’s experience covers a wide range of healthcare topics, with significant emphasis on managed care. Shelby has substantial experience in the Medicare Advantage market, having successfully assisted numerous clients throughout the MAPD and PDP bid development process. Shelby also has significant experience in employer group waiver plan pricing , formulary and rebate analysis, benchmarking, development of pricing models, and large database manipulation and analytics for both medical and prescription drug claims.

Shelby has been with Milliman since graduating from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Statistical Computing and Statistics in 2009.
